Questions, answered honestly
Is SI Prayer a church or ministry?
No. SI Prayer is a daily devotional — a verse, a reflection, a moment to pray. It doesn't replace church, pastors, or community. Think of it as a companion to your faith, not a substitute for it.
Which Bible translation do you use?
Only public-domain Scripture: the King James Version and the World English Bible. Most modern translations (NIV, ESV, NLT) are copyrighted and can't be quoted at scale commercially — so we built the whole library on translations that belong to everyone.
Is the companion chat like talking to God?
No — and we won't frame it that way. When it launches, the chat will be a reflective companion: it walks through your problems using Scripture, in a pastoral tone. It doesn't speak for God, and it says so plainly, every session.
How much does it cost?
The Daily Verse email is free during early access. Later we'll offer an optional paid tier (the companion chat, archives, study plans) — the daily email stays free.
Is my information private?
Yes. We store only what you give us (your email, and your name if you share it), we never sell data, and when the chat launches you'll be able to delete your conversations with one tap. Full details on our safeguards page.
